Mitchell Trubisky
Mitchell Trubisky All clear for Week 15
Fri, Dec 12, 2025, 2:21 PM
Trubisky (illness) does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Patriots.
Analysis: Trubisky did not practice Thursday due to an illness, but he resumed practicing in full Friday. He'll handle his usual backup role behind star quarterback Josh Allen during Sunday's road divisional matchup against New England.
Joshua Palmer
Joshua Palmer Questionable for Sunday
Fri, Dec 12, 2025, 11:13 AM
Coach Sean McDermott noted Friday that Palmer (ankle) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.
Analysis: Palmer, who last saw game action in Week 12, has been limited in practice this week, and the wideout's Week 15 status won't be confirmed until the Bills' inactives are posted ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. If Palmer remains sidelined this weekend, Khalil Shakir, Gabe Davis, Keon Coleman, Tyrell Shavers and Brandin Cooks would be in line to handle wideout duties versus New England. In Buffalo's Week 14 win over the Bengals, the team's TEs logged a combined 13 targets, while none of the Bills WRs had more than three.
Joshua Palmer
Joshua Palmer Limited again Thursday
Thu, Dec 11, 2025, 2:38 PM
Palmer (ankle) was listed as a limited participant at Thursday's practice.
Analysis: Palmer was also a limited participant during Wednesday's walk-through practice. He has missed Buffalo's last two games but has a chance to return Sunday against the Patriots. Palmer will likely need to upgrade to full participation Friday to avoid taking an injury designation into Sunday's game.
Mitchell Trubisky
Mitchell Trubisky DNP due to illness Thursday
Thu, Dec 11, 2025, 1:10 PM
Trubisky (illness) didn't practice Thursday, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: If Trubisky doesn't return to full participation Friday, he will likely carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Patriots. Practice squad quarterback Shane Buechele would work as the backup to Josh Allen if Trubisky's unable to suit up Sunday.
Dalton Kincaid
Dalton Kincaid Not on Week 15 injury report
Wed, Dec 10, 2025, 1:32 PM
Kincaid isn't listed on the Week 15 injury report, Alex Brasky of SB Nation reports.
Analysis: After missing three games with a hamstring injury, Kincaid caught four of five targets for 41 yards and a TD in Sunday's 39-34 win over the Bengals. His role was about the same as pre-injury, with modest snap/route shares but standout efficiency numbers on a per-route or per-snap basis.
Joshua Palmer
Joshua Palmer In line for limited listing
Wed, Dec 10, 2025, 11:14 AM
Palmer (knee/ankle) will be deemed a limited participant in Wednesday's walk-through, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Palmer didn't practice at all last week before being made inactive for the second straight time in Sunday's 39-34 win over the Bengals. The wideout's looming limited listing is a step in the right direction, but until or unless Palmer practices fully his status for this weekend's game against the Patriots will remain uncertain.
Tyrell Shavers
Tyrell Shavers One catch in Week 14
Mon, Dec 8, 2025, 6:40 PM
Shavers caught his only target for 16 yards in Sunday's 39-34 win over the Bengals.
Analysis: Shavers finished one offensive snap behind Gabe Davis (37) for the team lead at his position, but he was still limited to just one target in Week 14. Shavers has carved out a nice role for himself with Buffalo's offense, but Sunday's catch was his first since Week 11. The wideout will look to get more opportunities in the team's divisional battle with the Patriots in Week 15.
Brandin Cooks
Brandin Cooks Catchless in Week 14
Mon, Dec 8, 2025, 6:33 PM
Cooks failed to compile any stats while playing 23 snaps on offense in Sunday's 39-34 win over the Bengals.
Analysis: Cooks saw one look from Josh Allen on the day, ultimately drawing a pass interference penalty on cornerback DJ Turner early in the third quarter, so it didn't qualify as a target officially. The wide receiver finished fourth on the team at his position in offensive snaps, sitting behind Gabe Davis (37), Tyrell Shavers (36) and Khalil Shakir (32), but he was ahead of Keon Coleman (18). Cooks figures to have limited upside moving forward while operating as low as he does on the depth chart.
Ray Davis
Ray Davis Reverts to kick return duties
Mon, Dec 8, 2025, 6:28 PM
Davis didn't record a carry or target during Sunday's 39-34 win over the Bengals but returned four kickoffs for 84 yards.
Analysis: Davis rushed for a season-high 62 yards on nine carries during the Bills' Week 13 win over the Steelers. However, he saw the field for 10 total snaps Sunday (four on offense, six on special teams), and the only time he touched the ball was on kickoffs as a returner. Ty Johnson, in contrast, played 16 snaps on offense and finished with two carries for 25 yards and two catches (on three targets) for 14 yards. Davis and Johnson both firmly worked behind James Cook out of the backfield, and that trend should continue in this Sunday's AFC East tilt against the Patriots.
Keon Coleman
Keon Coleman Manages two catches against Bengals
Sun, Dec 7, 2025, 9:59 PM
Coleman logged two receptions on three targets for 16 yards Sunday in a 39-34 Week 14 win over Cincinnati.
Analysis: On a snowy Sunday, Josh Allen completed passes to nine different teammates, with much of his production going to tight ends Dawson Knox (6-93-0) and Dalton Kincaid (4-41-1). None of Buffalo's wide receivers had more than two catches or 21 yards, though Khalil Shakir did manage a TD reception. Coleman was a healthy scratch for both Week 11 and Week 12 due to disciplinary measures, and in two games since returning to action, he's tallied four catches on six targets for 25 yards and a touchdown.
Gabe Davis
Gabe Davis Nabs two catches in Week 14 victory
Sun, Dec 7, 2025, 9:54 PM
Davis finished Sunday's 39-34 victory versus the Bengals with two catches on two targets for 21 yards.
Analysis: Josh Allen spread the ball around to nine different pass catchers on a snowy Sunday, with much of his production going to tight ends Dawson Knox (6-93-0) and Dalton Kincaid (4-41-1). Among the Bills' wideouts, Davis had the most receiving yards, though Khalil Shakir finished with the better fantasy line due to hauling in a touchdown. Davis has seven catches on 10 targets for 88 yards through four games heading into a Week 15 road battle in New England.
Dawson Knox
Dawson Knox Leading receiver in comeback win
Sun, Dec 7, 2025, 5:15 PM
Knox caught six of seven targets for 93 yards in Sunday's 39-34 win over the Bengals.
Analysis: On a cold, snowy day in Buffalo, Josh Allen leaned heavily on his tight ends to move the ball. Knox led the Bills in catches, targets and receiving yards, while Dalton Kincaid -- returning from a three-game absence due to lower-body injuries -- and Jackson Hawes each caught a touchdown. Knox's six grabs and 93 yards were a season high and his best performance in three years, coming in just short of a 6-98-1 line in Week 15 of the 2022 season against the Dolphins. With Kincaid back in action, though, Knox is likely to see his role as a receiver shrink in Week 15 of the current campaign against the Patriots.
Dalton Kincaid
Dalton Kincaid Catches TD in return
Sun, Dec 7, 2025, 5:10 PM
Kincaid caught four of five targets for 41 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 39-34 win over the Bengals.
Analysis: After missing the prior three games with hamstring and knee issues, Kincaid made an immediate impact in his return to action, hauling in a five-yard TD in the third quarter. Josh Allen leaned heavily on all his tight ends given the cold, snowy conditions -- Dawson Knox led the Bills with six catches and 93 receiving yards, while No. 3 TE Jackson Hawes also caught a touchdown. A healthy Kincaid might be Allen's favorite target, however, and through nine games this season he's established a new career high with five TDs, along with 33 catches on 41 targets for 489 yards. He'll look to build on this performance in Week 15 against the Patriots.
Khalil Shakir
Khalil Shakir Gets into end zone in Sunday's win
Sun, Dec 7, 2025, 5:05 PM
Shakir caught two of three targets for 16 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 39-34 win over the Bengals.
Analysis: The Bills' wideouts had even less to do than usual during a cold, snowy game in Buffalo, but Shakir managed to make an impact with an 11-yard TD grab from Josh Allen in the second quarter. It was Shakir's fourth TD of the season, tying his career high, but it was also the third time in the last four games the fourth-year WR failed to reach 20 receiving yards. Shakir will will hope for better playing conditions and more volume in Week 15 against the Patriots.
Ty Johnson
Ty Johnson Four touches Sunday
Sun, Dec 7, 2025, 5:01 PM
Johnson carried the ball twice for 25 yards and caught two of three targets for 14 yards in Sunday's 39-34 win over the Bengals.
Analysis: The backup RB caught multiple passes for a sixth straight game, while his 25 rushing yards were a season high. Ray Davis, Buffalo's usual No. 2 RB behind James Cook, didn't get a touch at all Sunday. Johnson has a 14-176-1 line on 16 targets during that six-game stretch while chipping in 56 rushing yards and another score, giving him some modest PPR appeal heading into a Week 15 meeting with the Patriots.
James Cook
James Cook Tops century mark against Cincy
Sun, Dec 7, 2025, 4:57 PM
Cook carried the ball 18 times for 80 yards and caught both his targets for 31 yards in Sunday's 39-34 win over the Bengals.
Analysis: The star running back had a little trouble holding onto the ball in snowy, cold conditions, committing two fumbles and losing one, but he reached 100 scrimmage yards for a fourth straight game and the sixth time in the last seven contests. Over that stretch, Cook has piled up 771 rushing yards and three TDs on the ground while adding a 17-178-1 line on 17 targets. He'll face a much tougher test in Week 15 against the Patriots' stingy run defense.
Josh Allen
Josh Allen Produces four TDs in comeback win
Sun, Dec 7, 2025, 4:53 PM
Allen completed 22 of 28 passes for 251 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 39-34 win over the Bengals. He added 78 rushing yards and a TD on nine carries.
Analysis: The Bills found themselves staring at a 21-11 deficit at halftime, but Allen once again put the team on his back in a comeback victory, with a 40-yard touchdown run in the snow midway through the fourth quarter being his biggest play -- the longest TD run in history by a Buffalo quarterback, breaking his own record. Allen has reached 12 rushing touchdowns for the third straight season while also producing a 22:10 TD:INT in 13 games, and he'll likely need to be sharp again in a huge AFC East showdown against the Patriots in Week 15.
Joshua Palmer
Joshua Palmer Inactive Sunday
Sun, Dec 7, 2025, 10:34 AM
Palmer (knee/ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bengals.
Analysis: After logging three consecutive 'DNP' listings this week, Palmer -- who was inactive in Week 13 -- was deemed questionable for Sunday's contest. In his continued absence, Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman, Gabe Davis, Tyrell Shavers and Brandin Cooks will handle Buffalo's WR duties versus Cincinnati.
Dalton Kincaid
Dalton Kincaid Active versus Bengals
Sun, Dec 7, 2025, 10:31 AM
Kincaid (hamstring/knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Bengals.
Analysis: After being listed as limited at practice Wednesday through Friday, Kincaid, who last saw game action in Week 10, was deemed questionable to face Cincinnati. With his return to Buffalo's lineup confirmed, Kincaid will have an opportunity to reclaim his status as his team's top pass-catching tight end, a role that has resulted in him logging a 29/448/4 receiving line on 36 targets through the eight contests he's suited up for, a level of production that keeps the 2023 first-rounder on the fantasy lineup radar, when healthy.
Dalton Kincaid
Dalton Kincaid Will try to play through injuries
Sat, Dec 6, 2025, 9:39 PM
Kincaid (hamstring/knee), who is officially questionable to take the field against Cincinnati on Sunday, is expected to try to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Kincaid's hamstring injury kept him out of action for Buffalo's past three games. He dealt with an additional injury to his knee this week, but the third-year tight end managed a trio of limited practices. It sounds like he'll try to give it a go Sunday, though his official status probably won't be solidified until after he begins his pregame routine and and until the Bills release their list of inactives about 90 minutes prior to the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. It's also worth noting that Sunday's game is expected to be played in wintery conditions -- including possible snow -- though it's uncertain if that will be a factor in Buffalo's decision to deploy Kincaid.
