Sanchez is available in relief Wednesday in Game 4 of the NLDS against the Mets, Scott Lauber of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Analysis: Sanchez has had just two days to rest after throwing 88 pitches in Game 2, but he will be available for at least a couple innings out of the bullpen in Game 4, if needed. The left-hander took a no-decision in Game 2, permitting two runs over five frames.
